Social Media Post Composer Updates
Maintaining a consistent, active presence on social media is key for bars and restaurants. It’s quite simply one of the best ways for local businesses to attract new customers and build loyalty. That’s why we’re introducing a big update to social posting for TapHunter for Business customers!
Coming up with fresh post ideas is a struggle for many managers. Our new Suggested Posts section (at the top of the Social Post Composer page) makes it easier. Suggested posts provide ideas related to your recent menu updates, reviews (see next section), upcoming events and holidays, and even ideas based on the day of the week.
Online reviews are one of the top sources of information for consumers deciding where to eat out or drink. It’s more important than ever to make sure your reviews are getting in front of potential customers.
Now you can share your positive reviews to Facebook and Twitter, directly from your TapHunter dashboard! Whenever someone leaves you a great review, it will show up as suggested post content in the Social Post Composer. We even highlight it in green for easy reference. You can also share reviews right from within the Social Inbox.
Streamlined Post Composer
Underneath the Suggested Posts section is the main part of the Social Post Composer, where you write the text of your post, select which social networks to share it on, and upload or select images to include. We streamlined the interface of this section so that you can compose, publish, or schedule with ease!
